WHAT SERVICES DOES YOUR ORGANISATION PROVIDE?
- We Support Young people ages 11-19 (up to 25 years for those with learning difficulties or disabilities)

- Reducing and supporting the number of young people who are not engaged in education, employment and training(NEET)

- Providing a firm platform for young to achieve positive outcomes and live in a stronger family environment
 
HOW CAN I ACCESS THESE SERVICES/ACTIVITIES?
-Any agency that has contact with young people or families can refer to Hackney Youth Support Team
-Parents can make referrals which can be requested and returned via email, fax or post
-Referral forms can be obtained by calling Youth Support Team (as listed).
