Connexions offers information, advice and guidance to young people aged 13 -19 (25 years old with learning difficulties or disabilities).
Our Personal Advisers are trained to offer a confidential information and support service through a range of issues including: education / training choices, employment , careers advice and can refer /signpost to appropriate organizations in regard to social, money, health and relationship issues.
